Maximus, Ski
Born in New York City but raised in Switzerland, Maximus grew up with the best of both worlds—American grit and Swiss precision. His love for skiing began on weekend trips to the Alps, where he quickly transitioned from carving down groomers to launching off jumps and grinding rails. While many around him followed the path of alpine racing, Maximus was drawn to the creativity and thrill of freestyle skiing. Training in some of Europe’s top terrain parks, he refined his style, blending technical rail tricks with massive aerials.
Now competing in the Y Games, Maximus brings a mix of Swiss discipline and bold East Coast energy to the world stage. His ability to adapt to any terrain, from icy rails to backcountry booters, makes him a serious contender. Representing both the U.S. and Switzerland, he’s ready to prove that his unique journey has shaped him into a top-tier freestyle skier.
